Morgan’s goal is to develop happy, harmonious partnerships between horses and riders by teaching equine behavior and horse-and-rider biomechanics, both in and out of the saddle. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Equestrian Studies and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Findlay. Morgan grew up riding and teaching in Hawaii, then further refined her skills in Ohio.

Morgan was an assistant trainer and barn manager at the University of Findlay, assisted as a coach at the James L. Child Equestrian Complex, worked as an Equine Nutrition Specialist with Arenus, and collaborated with established trainers across multiple disciplines. Morgan’s exceptional ability to connect with riders and their horses bring them closer to achieving their goals in a relaxed manner.
